Every Member is Important

Every Member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is important in improving the quality of life in our local Elks communities, and, in turn, improving the Elks communities as a whole. We pledge never to forget our veterans. Our programs help special-needs children and help our nation’s youth with scholarships and drug prevention programs. We offer countless opportunities for social activities and new friendships. We are the premier charitable and patriotic organization in the Unit States.

With nearly 800,000 members working toward this great goal, no wonder the Elks are referred to as the Best People On Earth.

Your membership in the Elks matters to millions of deserving Americans. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks would not be the organization it is today without your membership. There is a tangible and emotional benefit we all receive in return for the dues we pay.

Please remember – We all matter just by paying our annuals dues!

Support the Elks National Foundation

Place you ad in our newsletter for $120/year. That’s only $10 a month. All ad money goes to the ENF.

By funding Elks’ programs, the ENF strives to support local Elks’ communities. Our scholarships provide educational opportunities to kids who might not otherwise have been able to attend college.

Our youth programs such as Hoop Shoot, provide a positive environment for kids to focus their energy, while our Drug Awareness Program educates kids about the dangers of drug use.

Our Veterans Service Program offers aid and comfort to veterans who may not have anywhere else to turn. Each year, the Elks National Foundation gives back millions of dollars to the state Elks Association to use locally.

The business advertising in our newsletter understand the importance of the Elks National Foundation and help support their cause. You to can help the foundation! To learn more contact our local ENF chairman, Steve Johnson

Toys for the NC Jaycee Burn Center

The Sanford Elks Lodge helped the Sanford Fire Department collect toys for the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center. Lee County Fire Fighters Burned Children’s team visited the NC Jaycee Burn Center on Friday, December 18, 2015. The group provided a meal for patients, families, and staff. Members of the group also visited patient rooms to deliver gifts and sang Christmas carols. Thank you to all our members that donated toys!!!
